The seller and the buyer hereby agree that the present sale is subject to the following terms, which the buyer expressly accepts. This is a personal sale, not a commercial.

The goods displayed on the website of the seller do not necessarily fit the delivered goods, in particular as to their size, colour, weight, brightness and so on. Photos have been taken from different angles to show the condition of each piece, it is possible that some small detail may not be appreciated. I also try to describe the state of the piece as realistic as possible. ”You get what you see” 

The seller reserves the right to refuse any order, without giving reasons. Except for confirmed orders, the seller reserves the right to change prices and any other terms of sale without notice.

The ordered and confirmed goods should be sent within six business days following the sending of the confirmation message , to the delivery address indicated by the buyer in the order form. All risks pass to the buyer at the time when the goods are handed over to the postal service or to any private carrier.

The seller shall never be liable on any ground what so ever for the non-conformity of the goods with the applicable regulations. The goods are sold “as is”. No warranty applies, except otherwise stipulated in the documentation received with the goods themselves.

The buyer is exclusively liable for the full conformity of the sale in his country of domicile or the country and / or the country of delivery. The buyer certifies being of legal age, having the right and the authority to order such good, having previously checked to insure that the order does not infringe any regulation of the applicable law in the country of delivery or the country of his domicile and that all information furnished to the seller are true.

The seller does not accept any product return for eventual guarantee problems. The guarantee center from the product’s manufacturer is the only service to be able to treat requests linked to guarantee problems related to manufacture problems. The seller commits himself to furnish all the information and assistances to be able to direct the purchaser to the guarantee/reparation center.

In case the seller has made an error in your order he will refund the return shipping cost or offer other possibilities.
